Terms & refund policy

These terms are written in plain language so they are easy to follow. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer — if this site starts taking significant revenue, it is worth having someone qualified check them against the rules where you and your members live.

1. What a membership gets you

A membership gives one person access to the members-only area of this site for the period you paid for. Membership is sold as a single payment for a fixed number of days — normally 30 — not as an automatically renewing subscription. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another period yourself.

Pawpaw ($5) — access to the members-only posts and archive.
Purrincess ($9) — the same, plus custom requests and priority on them.

New work is posted regularly, but no specific number of posts, delivery date, or turnaround time on requests is promised as part of the membership.

2. Your account

Access is tied to the email address you paid with, plus an access code. Keep the code to yourself.

A membership is for one person. Sharing your code, or letting other people use your access, is not allowed.
If a code is clearly being shared, access may be ended without a refund.
Lost your code? Get in touch on Telegram and a new one can be issued.

3. Refunds

Because access to the full archive is granted immediately after payment, memberships are generally non-refundable once you have signed in and viewed members-only content.

A refund will be given when:

you were charged twice for the same period;
you paid but were never given access, and it could not be sorted out;
you ask within 48 hours of paying and have not yet viewed members-only content.

To ask for a refund, message on Telegram with the email you paid with and the payment receipt. Please try this before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider — most problems are just an access mix-up and can be fixed in minutes.

4. Content and copyright

Everything posted here is for your own personal viewing. You may not repost, resell, redistribute, or publish it anywhere else — including private groups and file-sharing sites — without permission.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights or uses your likeness without consent, message on Telegram with details and it will be reviewed and taken down where appropriate.

5. Age

This site is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older, or the legal age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, to buy a membership or view members-only content.

6. Ending access

Access may be ended early, without a refund, if you share your access, redistribute content, chargeback a payment while still using your membership, or harass anyone connected with the site. You can stop being a member at any time by simply not buying another period — there is nothing to cancel.

7. Availability

This is a small independent site. It is kept online as reliably as possible, but no guarantee of uninterrupted availability is made. If the site is down for an extended period during your membership, get in touch and your access will be extended by the time lost.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the last update. Changes are not applied retroactively to a membership period you already paid for.
